Andrew Cyr

Vice President, Operations and Integrations Officer

Andrew Cyr joined True North Sports + Entertainment in May 2024, bringing a diverse skill set to the organization with experience as both a practicing corporate lawyer and leader of high-growth business ventures in the manufacturing and construction sectors.

In his current role as Vice President, Operations and Integrations Officer, Andrew plays an important role in setting and advancing the long-term strategic and capital planning agenda for True North and Winnipeg Jets Hockey Club, including directing and integrating projects across True North’s venues and businesses.

In addition to his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Andrew received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. During his time at Queen’s, Andrew earned a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility and has also participated in the Oxford Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme.

Andrew is the Hockey Convenor for his local community centre and serves as a board member for Polar Bears International. As a passionate community and sustainability advocate, Andrew can often be found cycling around Winnipeg or spending time in nature with his wife Kirstin and sons Leif and Forrest.
