Jets collaborate with local artist on new land acknowledgement visuals

The Winnipeg Jets introduced a new art collaboration as part of the pre-game land acknowledgement, bringing together the original Winnipeg Jets WASAC logo, created by Cree designer Leticia Spence, with a new visual concept by local Anishinaabe artist Blake Angeconeb. Incorporating the Seven Sacred Teachings, the new artwork is a meaningful expression of respect for the lands we share and the relationships we continue to build.
