Kelly Shouldice

Vice President, Content & Communications

Kelly Shouldice joined True North as Vice President, Content & Communications in June 2022. She brings over 20 years of cross-platform content experience to True North, where she guides the talented content and communications teams in initiatives targeting fan and partner engagement. Her team is further tasked with telling True North’s community story and promoting the organization’s vision, mission, strategy and values.

She began her career as a Digital Content Creator before moving to producer roles in unscripted television. She then joined Corus Entertainment as Director of Original Content. Shouldice has also served on the senior leadership team with the CFL and was a member of the executive leadership team of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS), where she provided strategic direction and guidance for overall business operations, including the 2022 Juno Awards.

Shouldice is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University’s Radio and Television Arts program and holds a Digital Marketing Strategies certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
